mobility of licensed professionals can affect economic systems
in both receiving and sending states, and appropriate measures
are needed in all countries to deal with the effects. Therefore,

this seminar is held to exchange points of view and discuss the
challenges concerning implementation of MRAs and to review

the national regulatory systems in order to discuss what has
to be changed, not only to facilitate mobility in accordance
with the MRAs, but also to find legal measures to deal with all

possible difficulties arising due to mobility.

Objectives

1. To exchange points of view and discuss the
challenges concerning implementation of MRAs and to review
the national regulatory systems that need to be changed to

complete the implementation.

2. To find appropriate legal measures to deal with all

possible difficulties due to labour mobility.

3. To discuss the possibility of cooperation to conduct

research on this topic or related topics to create the proper
legal framework leading to the necessary regulatory change.
