The 23 KPI Congress will be held between 5 - 7 November 2021, Online
Conference.

Friday, November 5th, 2021, 13.30 – 17.30 hrs.
Saturday, November 6th, 2021, 08.00 – 17.00 hrs.
Sunday, November 7th, 2021, 08.00 – 12.15 hrs.

6. Expected Results

1) Executives and administrators from the public sector and the private
sector, scholars, representatives from government and independent organizations,

local administrative organizations, educational institutions, private organizations,
media, the press, civic organizations, and the general public will share, learn,
consider, and review the academic findings presented.

2) Academic proposals, including lessons learned and findings, are to be

obtained to enhance Thailand’s democracy and governance in a new landscape.
