• On February 13, His Majesty King Prajadhipok allowed
Mr. Hayashi Kyujiro, Ambassador of Japan to Siam, with the

delegation of Japanese Buddhists to meet at Abhisekdusit
Throne Hall.

• On February 14, His Majesty King Prajadhipok and Her Majesty

Queen Rambai Barni allowed the delegation of Japanese
Buddhists to meet at Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram Temple
during his visit to the temple and Saranrom Park to open

the worship ceremony of Phra Phuttha Maha Mani Rattana
Patimakorn (Emerald Buddha Image).

• On April 1, His Majesty King Prajadhipok provided a royal

command to place a new ambassador to different cities
as follows: MOM CHAO Wiboon Sawatdiwong Sawatdikul,

Ambassador of Siam with full authority to Copenhagen,
Stockholm, and Oslo, to replace MOM CHAO. Damrasdamrong
Devakun in Berlin Office; Maha Am-mat Tri Phraya Chamnong-

dithakarn, Ambassador of Siam with full authority to Tokyo,
to replace Maha Am-mat Tri Phraya Suppakit Preecha,

who was dismissed to receive the pension, in Rome, Madrid,
and Lisbon; and Maha Am-mat Tri Phraya Suphansombat,
from Acting Director-General of Customs Department to

Ambassador of Siam with full authority to Tokyo.

• On October 31, His Majesty King Prajadhipok provided
a reception dinner for Mr. Yatabe Yasukichi, Ambassador

of Japan to Siam, and his wife at Amphon Throne Hall,
attended by His Royal Highness Prince Traithos Praphan,

Phra Sri Wisarawaja, Phraya Aphibarn Ratchamaitri, and
Mr. K. Khunji and his wife.
