                  Ratchada has been working as a Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the World
                  Bank Office, Bangkok since 2008. Her major responsibility is monitoring the
                  financial sector development in the South East Asian Region including Cambodia,
                  Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand. World Bank’s development projects for the
                  financial sector in these countries aim for long term economic and financial stability
                  and sustainability. Over the past eleven years at the World Bank, she has actively
                  participated in several World Bank programs including: the Financial Sector
                  Assessment Program (FSAP) focusing on State-Owned Commercial Banks (SOCBs),
                  the Corporate Governance - Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes
                  (CG-ROSC) program, the Insolvency and Creditor Rights – ROSC (ICR-ROSC),
                  corporate governance practices in State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), SME financing,
                  microfinance, financial literacy, financial reporting for financial institutions, etc.
                  Recently, three technical assistance (TA) programs to enhance risk-based
                  supervision framework in the Thai insurance sector, under her leadership, were
                  completed with successful implementation.  Currently, she has led the TA program
                  to improve doing business environment and enhance Secured Transaction Regime
                  and Insolvency and Creditor Right Regime in Thailand.


                  Besides her formal career in the financial sector, she has volunteered in several
                  organizations.  She is currently an Advisor to the Thai Investors Association with
                  the main mission to promote knowledge sharing, protect investor rights, and
                  enhance success investment.  In addition, she is a graduate member of the Thai
                  Institute of Directors (IOD).  During 2009-2013, she was a director in the CFA
                  Society Thailand, actively coached Portfolio Management Lesson for the CFA Level
                  I examination and participated in 4 consecutive panel of judges for the CFA
