other and with political parties and candidates. Moreover, the online platform was an
excellent opportunity to create space in the election campaign, reducing costs and

limitations for candidates. These modern technologies are used in campaign management to
link, expand, and strengthen networks.

The election results from Roi Et Province show that most of the candidates from Pheu
Thai party were elected. Only one constituency voted for Anurak Chureemas, a distinctive
candidate of the Chartthai Pattana Party, while Palang Pracharat Party and Future Forward

Party gained many votes in each constituency. Correspondingly, a small number of votes
were distributed to other political parties. However, it is notable that the Pheu Thai Party, as

the dominant political party in the province, received a lower amount of votes than it had in
previous elections.

This phenomenon demonstrates that party loyalty has loosened, meaning that voters

are seeking alternative ways to support their goals. As a result, the political landscape of Roi
Et Province is characterized by open area politics rather than the monopolization of
popularity by a dominant party. This change will significantly impact the adjustment of

various political parties, expanding or maintaining their popularity in the province.
This research notes that the outcome of the general election will encourage former

candidates and political parties to seek the opportunity to be elected in other political roles.
In particular, the coming local elections will play an essential role in recruiting and
supporting local political candidates.

Concerning the improvement of elections, this study recommends creating local
election committees in various constituencies and encouraging proactive mechanisms for

detecting offenses. Additionally, the electoral system reform should include effective ways
to allow people to make independent choices and to embolden fair competition. Likewise,

the development of political parties in an unreliable democracy still faces many challenges,
calling into question the constitutional conditions and political power structure that limits
the opportunity for those political parties that have massive bases of support and who

advocate for democratic approach to compete fairly.
